Smoked Salmon Spread

8 oz. bar of cream cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 tsp. horseradish sauce
fresh dill
4 oz. smoked salmon, diced
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Serve in a bowl with crusty baguette or crackers.

Simple yet elegant. And yummy (unless you're Ashli, who felt slightly ill at the first word of the title). As seen on "Barefoot Contessa" with Ina Garten. Don't ask me about the name. I don't get it either. She says use Norwegian salmon if you can find it because its drier and slightly less salty.

This episode also included a super strong long island iced tea. I think that drink was created by a 10 year old boy, but if you must...
